Meet Melissa McDermott, the Website Support Specialist at Growth Lab. She is a graphic designer and web developer from southern New Jersey with over 10 years of experience. From a young age, she’s had a passion for both technology and art. They have been her motivating force to explore and educate herself about digital arts and coding. She stays inspired by reading about the latest design trends and software that is being used in the web design industry.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. While studying there, she enjoyed reading about sales and entrepreneurship. She uses her technical skills combined with her passion for business to work with small business owners in her free time.
Here at Growth Lab, her role involves providing all types of support to ensure seamless website functionality. She use her knowledge of all things digital to improve websites by upgrading their performance and usability. She loves working here because she enjoys helping others during her day-to-day tasks, which ultimately helps law firms flourish in the bigger picture.
